Terms and conditions
I. Definitions.
Terms used in the Regulations:
​
1. Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit which is not a legal person, who makes an Order in the Online Store.
2. Civil Code - the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964, Poland (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
​
3. Consumer - means a professional person with a regulatory entrepreneur not legally related directly to his activity or profession.
​
4. An entrepreneur who represents a person, a person who is not an entity or organizational entity securing the method that authorizes, we run a company that deals with security or accessories, which has copyright with professional or professional activity.
​
5. Regulations - the current regulations of services as part of the www.perunboard.com online store, through which the Customer may have access to the order.
​
6. Online store - website available at www.perunboard.com.
7. Goods - products in the Online Store.
​
8. Contract for the sale of Goods in civil sales contracts, Micro Mobility Sports Sp. z o. o. based in Stalowa Wola at ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 9, with the client, using the store's website.
​
9. Act on consumer rights - the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).
​
10. Act on the provision of services on assistance in the provision of assistance on the provision of services of July 18, 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
​
11. Order - Customer's declaration of will, aimed directly at determining that he has a specific situation in relation to the condition and the Goods that have traces.

II. General provisions
2.1. Manage the rules of using the online store available at www.perunboard.com.
​
2.2. The regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act on the provision of services.
​
2.3. The www.perunboard.com online store, run by Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. Zoo. based in Stalowa Wola at ul. Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 9, NIP: 8652574429, REGON: 386834186, which customers could contact by purchasing the following e-mail address: kkaniewski@perunboard.com.

2.4. The regulations specify in:
a) the conditions and manner that is prepared to be offered as part of the purchase offer;
b) the rules for providing access to Sales Agreements for the use of services provided as part of the Online Store.
​
2.5. In order to use the online store, the customer should have access to a computer or terminal device that can be used on the Internet.
​
2.6. Customers who can use the access to change sales in each of them via the lead website.
​
2.7 Consolidation, sharing, and re-updating of news communication for the sale of goods is made via electronic technology.
​
2.8. Information about the Goods listed on the Store's website, in conclusion, about their descriptions, technical and functional characteristics and services, about the time of providing services, in the context of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
​
2.9. All products available on the Store's websites are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.

III. Rules for using the Online Store
3.1. The purchase at online store www.perunboard.com may be run by an adult.
​
3.2. Micro Mobility e-Sport Sp. z o.o. may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as may have access to his access to some or all of the resources of the Online Store, with immediate effect, in the event of violation of the Customer's right, in particular when the Customer:
a) provided untrue, inaccurate or out-of-date data, misleading or violating the rights of the person,
b) violated the personal rights of third parties via the online store, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
c) engages in other behaviors that will be recognized by Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. , for behavior inconsistent with applicable law or general principles.

3.3. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store may not make a purchase without the prior consent of Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. .
​
3.4. In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data sent on the Internet by unauthorized persons.

3.5. The customer is obliged in particular to:
a) not to provide or transmit content prohibited by law, e.g. content that promotes violence, is defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b) use the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
c) not taking actions such as: sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) as part of the Online Store,
d) use the Online Store in a way that is not inconvenient for other customers and for Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o.
e) to use any content contained in the Online Store only for personal use,
f) use the Online Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as the general principles of using the Internet.
3.6. In the event of a Break in the Operation of the Online Store, Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to the fact that it will not function properly for the time of removing the causes causing the Interruption in the operation of the Online Store.

IV. Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement
4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website www.perunboard.com, select the Goods, taking further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.
​
4.2. The selection of the ordered goods by the customer is made by adding them to the basket.
​
4.3. When placing the Order - until the button "Order with payment obligation" is pressed - the Customer can modify the entered data and the selection of the Goods.
​
4.4. After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will include information on:
a) the subject of the contract,
b) unit and total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c) selected payment method,
d) chosen method of delivery.

4.5. In order to send an Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Order with payment obligation" button.
​
4.6. By clicking on the button "Order with payment obligation" there is an obligation to pay.
​
4.7. Sending the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of will to conclude with Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. Sales contracts, in accordance with the Regulations.
​
4.8. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
​
4.9. The contract is considered concluded with the moment the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
​
4.10. The sales contract is concluded in Polish or in English, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.
​
4.11. The contract concluded between the Customer and Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. concerning the purchase of a given product through the website www.perunboard.com is of a timely nature and lasts for the duration of the contract. The place of performance related to the purchase of products at www.perunboard.com is the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
​
4.12. Personal data provided by customers, Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. collects and processes in accordance with applicable law. The customer who makes the purchase agrees to the processing of the e-mail address in order to send a questionnaire to express an opinion on the transaction via www.perunboard.com.
​
V. Delivery
5.1. The delivery of the Goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
​
5.2. Delivery of the ordered Goods takes place with the participation of specialized postal operators, in the form of courier.
​
5.3. The delivery is made free of charge in Poland and European Union countries.
​
5.4. The time of delivery of products is no more than 40 days from the date of conclusion of the contract for domestic shipments and 45 days for foreign shipments within the territory of the European Union. The delivery time is agreed individually with the customer. It is also given when ordering.

VI. Prices and payment methods
​
6.1. The prices of the Goods provided on the website www.perunboard.com are gross prices, in euros and include all components, including VAT (23%), customs duties and all other components (sales in EU countries). It is possible to pay in PLN as a result of individual written arrangements with the Customer in electronic form (kkaniewski@perunboard.com). For each product sold, a receipt or a VAT invoice is issued - depending on the customer's choice. The VAT invoice may be delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly indicates that the VAT invoice should be delivered in a traditional form.

6.2. The customer is obliged to pay the price for the ordered product no later than within 3 days from the date of the contract. The following payment methods are possible:

b) on-line payment - payment via the available online payments on the www.perunboard.com website.
VII. The right to withdraw from the contract
7.1. In accordance with applicable law, within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product, the consumer has the right to return it without giving any reasons, with the proviso that the services and products are not returnable, the purchase of which, in accordance with applicable law, cannot be withdrawn. The returned goods must be unused, brand new, packed in the original box.

7.2. The basis for returns is the proof of purchase: a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice.
​
7.3. The customer pays the full cost of the return.
​
7.4. The customer is obliged to return the entrepreneur to the entrepreneur immediately, but not later than 14 days from the day on which he received the products physically. The store, no later than within 14 days from the date of e-mail acceptance of the returned goods, will return to the consumer all payments made by him, without shipping costs, however, it may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the goods back and confirmation of its technical condition.

7.5. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used by the Customer when placing the Order.
​
7.6. The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement is not granted to the Customer who is a Consumer or Individual Entrepreneur in relation to contracts in which the Good is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the specifications of the Consumer or Individual Entrepreneur or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

VIII. Complaints and warranty
8.1. Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. , as the seller, is responsible for product defects under applicable law. In the case of a sale that is not a consumer sale, the provisions on warranty contained in the Civil Code are excluded. The customer cannot withdraw from the contract if the defect is irrelevant.

8.2. Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. provides a 90-day warranty against manufacturing errors. The basis is a purchase document, i.e. a receipt or a VAT invoice along with the necessary photographic documentation. Complaints under the production warranty may be submitted electronically to the address kkaniewski@perunboard.com or in writing to the address Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 9, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.

8.3. After the expiry of the warranty period for 60 days, the customer has the right to a free repair service as a result of production errors (product shipping is not included in the price). Other repairs can be made after individual agreement of the conditions.

IX. Use of the product
9.1. The customer is solely responsible for the proper and safe use of the product. At the time of concluding the contract, the customer confirms that he is aware that riding an electric skateboard is a dangerous activity, is associated with the risk of injury, paralysis or death in the event of an accident, and that he voluntarily accepts this risk.
​
9.2. The customer voluntarily confirms at the time of purchase via www.perunboard.com that he agrees to release Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. together with its representatives, employees and contractors for all claims, lawsuits, demands, expenses, costs, damages or proceedings arising from any injury, death, property damage or loss suffered by the Customer or any third party as a result of the use of the product.

9.3. Safety and risk reduction information, including the wearing of protective clothing, will be detailed in the instructions that come with each product purchased through www.perunboard.com.
​
9.4. The customer is obliged to check the law of the country in which he will use the product and to comply with it. Electric skateboard laws vary.
​
​
X. Final Provisions
​
10.1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
​
10.2. Regulations may change. The content of the Regulations is announced by placing on the website www.perunboard.com a message about changes to the Regulations, containing a list of changes and maintaining this information for a period of 14 calendar days.
​
10.3. Any questions should be directed to kkaniewski@perunboard.com.
​
10.4. Any disputes related to the services provided by Micro Mobility e-Sports Sp. z o.o. under www.perunboard.com will be adjudicated by courts of general jurisdiction. The customer who is a consumer has the option of using an out-of-court complaint and redress procedure before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Warsaw.
